What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn with tags still attached. Start a return by emailing us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days anywhere in Egypt. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We currently ship within Egypt only. International shipping is something we are working on for next year.
How do I choose the right size?+
Our sizes run by age in months. If your little one is between two sizes, size up — everything is pre-washed so it will not shrink further.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will sort it straight away.
